MOTIVATION

What is your weakness?
Is exercising like pulling teeth to you?
Do you want to put it off until the next day?
Do you procrastinate?
Are you hard on yourself when you don't get to your goal fast enough?
When we focus on our weak points and challenge them, that is a very good accomplishment.
Stretching was one of my weak points. But not only have I challenged myself to overcome that, I make sure I stretch each and every day even though part of me still would rather not.
When we can go head on with our weaknesses it can make us stronger when it comes to setting goals.

How many times have you stood on the scale and thought: “I'm losing weight too slowly.”
When you think like that, you will start to pull away from your weight loss goal.
If you want to get to your goal, it comes down to you.
There are many people that I have met that have been on a weight loss program for six months and have more weight.
The conversation usually revolves around why they haven't lost weight.
They often say: “I have too many social events coming up,” or “I am too busy at work,” or “I am too tired.”
You can come up with many obstacles as to why you haven't been able to focus on your goal, but procrastination will only hold you back from happiness.
Instead, you need to focus on what your weakness is right now and don't let it get in the way of your goal.
If you don't like to exercise, get out and do some exercises! Even better, do more exercises than you normally would do.
If you don't like what you see on the scale, then tell yourself you will get to your goal no matter what.
I guarantee, you’ll feel better about yourself. And you'll start to see better results.
