I went on Liz's program, I was unhappy with all the weight loss

My goal weight is 145 lbs. by May 30, 2008.
And I know that I'm going to reach it.
Calling to find out about the program was the best thing I ever
did because it changed my life.

knowledge of food for a better and healthier lifestyle.
I have kept all the recipes and now have a cookbook that I always

Exercise has become more prevalent in my life as well.
The CD you recommended is excellent for the cold mornings when I

I met Liz, we sat and talked about my weight loss goal and I was
impressed with her knowledge of nutrition and fitness and her passion
for helping me reach my goal.
Her enthusiasm made me anxious to get started.
Her program helped create a need for me to lose weight and motivated
me to stay on track.
There were days when I was tempted to cheat, but I always knew Liz
would be calling so I resisted.
When I started the program I expected immediate results, but Liz
reminded me the program is a change for life and sticking to it
would bring results, which it did.
As a result, I have more energy and I've become even more determined
to reach my goal and intend to stay on the program for life.
